All inquiries go through a single address: admin@flatt.pk. We handle everything here — listing support, payment queries, abuse reports, partnership proposals, feedback, and general questions. A real person reads every message. We do not use automated responses to close tickets without resolution.

When writing to us, please include as much relevant detail as possible. If your message is about a specific listing, include the property title and location. If it is about a payment, include the date and the plan you purchased. The more context you give us, the faster we can help. For urgent matters — payment issues or fraud reports in particular — mention that in your subject line and we will treat it as a priority.

Listing Support

If you have posted a property and are having trouble — listing not appearing in search, details incorrect, or needing an update or removal — email us at admin@flatt.pk with the listing title and the contact number or email you used when posting. We will look into it and get back to you promptly.

If you posted a listing and lost access to it, or need changes made and cannot do them yourself, we can assist. We verify ownership before making any changes on your behalf, so please be ready to confirm the contact details originally used on the listing.

Payments and Plans

If you purchased a Boost or Spotlight plan and did not see the expected result — listing not promoted, payment not reflected, or any discrepancy — contact us at admin@flatt.pk immediately. Include the date of your payment, the amount, and your listing details. Payment issues are handled as a priority because you paid for a service and you deserve to have it delivered correctly.

We do not store payment card information. All transactions are processed through our payment gateway. If you need a receipt or have a billing dispute, email us and we will guide you through the appropriate steps.

Reporting a Fake or Misleading Listing

If you come across a listing that appears fake, misleading, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of our standards, please report it to admin@flatt.pk. Include the property title, its listed location, and the reason for your concern. We investigate all reports and take action where necessary.

Fake listings are a problem across the property industry in Pakistan, and we take our responsibility to combat them seriously. Your reports directly help us keep Flatt.pk clean and trustworthy. We do not dismiss reports, and we do not tolerate deliberate deception on this platform. Advertisers found posting fake properties to generate call traffic are removed and banned.

Advertising and Partnerships

Flatt.pk is growing, and as we grow, we are open to meaningful partnerships with real estate developers, housing schemes, property management companies, and digital marketing agencies who want to reach an engaged audience of active property seekers across Pakistan.

We will get back to you with relevant options. We are selective about what we promote — we will not compromise the user experience for advertising revenue — but if your project is genuine, we are open to the conversation.

Some of the best improvements to any product come from the people who use it. If something about Flatt.pk confused you, frustrated you, or could simply be done better, please tell us. We read every message. We cannot promise to implement every suggestion, but user feedback has directly shaped decisions we have made about how this platform works — and we continue to listen.

Technical Issues

If you are experiencing a technical problem — pages not loading, photos not uploading, the posting form behaving unexpectedly, or anything else that feels like a bug — please let us know at admin@flatt.pk. Describe what you were trying to do, what device and browser you were using, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful if you can attach them. A platform that does not work is a platform nobody can use, so we take technical reports seriously and act on them quickly.
