Our Commitment to Honest Listings
Fake listings are a real problem in the Pakistani property market. Stock photos passed off as actual units, non-existent plots listed to generate call volume, prices that bear no relation to reality — these practices waste people's time and erode trust in online property platforms as a whole. We take our responsibility to combat them seriously.
We review reports promptly. If a listing is found to be fake, misleading, or duplicated, it is removed. If an advertiser is found to be posting dishonest listings deliberately, they are banned from the platform. We do not tolerate deception on Flatt.pk, and we rely on our community of users to help us identify and remove bad listings when they appear.
